Every Avenzyx product is created by artificial intelligence. This page explains what that means, what the AI does and does not do, and what you should verify before using your package.
This is initial template text. Review it with a legal professional before launch.
1. All Content Is AI-Generated
Names, slogans, copy, content calendars, CVs, cover letters, color palettes and every other deliverable are produced by AI models based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire. No human writer or designer reviews your package before delivery unless explicitly stated.
2. Review Before You Use
AI can produce text that is inaccurate, awkward or unsuitable for your specific context. Always read your full package and adjust wording, facts and claims before publishing, printing, sending to employers or using commercially.
3. We Do Not Invent Facts About You
The system is instructed never to fabricate personal or business facts. For CV products in particular, no work experience, employers, dates, degrees or skills are invented. Where required information is missing from your answers, the output contains clearly marked placeholders (for example, “[ADD YEARS OF EXPERIENCE]”) that you must complete yourself.
4. Placeholder Examples and Testimonials
Some products include sample elements — such as example testimonials in the Landing Page Kit — that are explicitly marked as placeholders. These are illustrations of layout and tone only. Replace them with real, truthful content before publishing; presenting fabricated reviews as genuine may violate consumer protection laws.
5. Originality and Trademarks
AI-generated names, slogans and copy are created without checking trademark registries or existing brands. Before adopting a business name, slogan or logo direction commercially, run a trademark search and domain check in your jurisdiction. Avenzyx does not warrant that generated names or slogans are available for registration or free of third-party rights.
6. No Professional Advice
Generated content is for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment or other professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by using the service.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We make no promises about business performance, engagement, conversions, interview invitations or hiring outcomes resulting from using generated content. Such results depend on factors beyond the content itself.
8. Quality Checks Have Limits
Every package passes an automated quality check that looks for missing sections, inconsistencies and mismatches with your answers. This automated review reduces errors but cannot catch everything — your own review remains essential.
9. Your Responsibility for Inputs
The quality of your package depends on the accuracy and completeness of your questionnaire answers. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, and do not include other people's personal information without permission.
10. Reporting Problems
If your package contains content that is wrong, inappropriate or concerning, use your included free revision or open a support ticket. Feedback helps us improve prompts and quality checks for everyone.
