Terms of Service

1. The Service

Avenzyx is an online platform that generates personalized digital products — such as brand kits, social media content packs, landing page kits and CVs — using artificial intelligence. You select a product, answer a questionnaire, complete payment, and the system generates your package, performs an automated quality check, and delivers the resulting files to your email and personal dashboard.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not receive or store your card details. An order is considered paid only after the payment processor confirms the transaction. Prices are validated on our servers, and we may cancel orders affected by pricing errors and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

Generated packages are delivered digitally to your registered email address and to your personal dashboard. Estimated generation times are indicative only and are not a guaranteed delivery commitment. If generation fails permanently, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Revisions

Each purchase includes one free AI revision. You may select a specific part of your package, describe the change you want, and the system will regenerate only that part. Additional revisions, where offered, may be subject to additional fees. Version history is retained so you can return to a previous version.

7. License and Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated content for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell the raw generated packages as a competing generation service. Avenzyx retains all rights to the platform, its software, prompts and infrastructure.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harmful; to impersonate others; to generate spam; or to attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this section.

9. No Professional Advice

The service and its outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on generated content.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any business, marketing, employment or financial outcome from using the generated products. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how the content is used.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenzyx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the service, product lineup, prices and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Contact
