Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Avenzyx collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to avenzyx.com and all services provided through it.

This is initial template text. Review it with a legal professional before launch.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address and password (stored in hashed form only) when you register.

Questionnaire answers: the information you provide about your business, goals, experience or preferences in order to generate your products. Provide only information you are comfortable including in generated content.

Order information: products purchased, amounts, timestamps and the payment transaction reference returned by PayPal. We never receive or store your card details.

Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser type, and interaction events used to operate, secure and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate the products you order, deliver files by email and to your dashboard, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability and quality of the service.

3. AI Processing

Your questionnaire answers are sent to our AI provider (currently Anthropic's Claude API) solely to generate your ordered products. We do not use your answers to train our own models. Do not include sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID details) in questionnaire answers unless the product explicitly requires it.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by PayPal as an independent processor. PayPal's own privacy policy governs the data you provide during checkout. We store only the transaction identifier and payment status needed to fulfill your order and issue receipts and refunds.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payment processing (PayPal) and AI generation (Anthropic) — each bound by their own data protection commitments, and with authorities where required by law.

6. Data Retention

Account data, projects and generated files are retained while your account is active so you can re-download your products. Order and payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may delete your account at any time; associated personal data is deleted or anonymized except where retention is legally required.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information. The profile area includes tools to change your name and password, download your personal data, and delete your account. You can also contact support@avenzyx.com to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, row-level security on the database, and audit logging of administrative actions. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics to understand product usage. Details are described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. We rely on their standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Questions or requests can be sent to support@avenzyx.com.
